We collect only what we need to run N-ERGY, we never sell your data, and your research data is used only to serve you. This policy explains what N-ERGY AI Solutions, Inc. ("N-ERGY," "we") collects through app.nergyai.com, nergyai.com, and related services, and how we use and protect it.
What we collect

We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes card details directly.
How we use it
- To provide, operate, and secure the Service, including running your requests.
- To process payments, calculate and collect taxes, and keep tax and accounting records.
- To verify Indian GSTINs against the Indian GST system when you provide one.
- To send service emails, such as account verification, password resets, receipts, and low-credit alerts. You can turn off low-credit alerts in Settings.
- To respond to support requests and, if you request it, schedule a call.
- To understand aggregated usage and improve the Service.
- To comply with law, enforce our Terms, and prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information or your research data.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us run N-ERGY, under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us:

We may also disclose information to comply with law or a valid legal request, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
Where your data is stored
We host the Service in the United States. Our affiliate in India and some of our providers may access or process data outside your country. When we transfer data, we use contractual and technical safeguards to protect it.
How long we keep it
- Account, profile, and research data: for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete or de-identify it within 30 days, except as below.
- Billing, invoice, and tax records, including GSTIN verification records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require, typically up to 8 years.
- Backups: deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 35 days before it is overwritten.
- Logs: typically up to 90 days, longer if needed to investigate a security issue.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses of it. You can update your profile and notification settings, export your data, and delete your account in Settings. For anything else, email verification@nergyai.com. We respond within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
If you are in India, you can also contact us with grievances about how we handle your personal data at the address below. We will acknowledge your grievance and respond as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication for our staff, and monitoring. No system is completely secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to secure the Service. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes here and update the effective date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect.
